In ecological training environments sales people are given the space to develop their own unique word tracks based off of the science behind the classics. In an ecological method we provide the framework of an activity or game that will have its rules altered to drive our desired results.

How this works:

  1. The first session will be slower than subsequent sessions while the team learns the format of the activities

  2. Rules or guidelines are altered to drive specific results

    • Example 1: Your team is moving the appropriate % of guests to “the table,” but margins are thin… Our activity will be the same as when we correct the greet or other steps, however our guidelines for the activity will be altered. We might give activity participants the guideline of acknowledging the objection, responding with what others have found, and following up with a value based question. In this example we guide the customer to understand the value of specific FABs, ultimately creating enough value that your customers feel like they are getting more for their money.

  3. Salespeople test objection handling, help guide others, and receive feedback better than teams training in a traditional environment.

  4. For high functioning teams sales leaders should continue activities outside of our seminars while being watchful of the guidelines and the intended outcomes.
